Looks really good but has poor stitching

I really loved the design and color of these shoes, but the first thing I noticed was the poor stitching. The stitches weren’t lined up properly, which is quite noticeable.

I wore them once at the mall, and they hurt my feet. I’m hoping they’ll become more comfortable over time. Customer service is commendable.

We're sorry to hear about the stitching and initial discomfort. Since our shoes are handcrafted, there may be slight variations, but we always strive for the best quality. We'd love to look into this further—would you mind sending us some photos so we can check the stitching and see how we can improve?

As for comfort, genuine leather does take some time to break in, but it should soften and mold to your feet with wear. If you need any tips to help speed up the break-in process, just let us know! We’d be happy to assist.
