Excellent product and service

I was lucky enough to take advantage of no shipping fee promo tas October 2025. The team was on holiday break and was able to respond to my inquiry as soon as they’re back online. Customer service was superb apparently I am a size 5 but I ordered 6. They just updated my order accordingly and saved me all the trouble. I received the item few days after, which is very efficient. It was securely packed and the shoes are so high quality. I am totally impressed with the craftmanship and will definitely order soon. Also, wearing it rn and surprisingly so comfy. Thanks team!! 🫶🏻

I’ve been eyeing these shoes for the longest time, and I finally got them! Yay! 🖤 They do need a little breaking in (thick socks do the trick), but I’m so excited to start styling my new Dylan in black!

Finally got my own pair of Rob & Mara!

I've been following the brand for years now, looking for a good reason to finally buy the Dylan and Ezra pairs. I've been in love with these pairs for the longest time, but the uber frugal me just won't let me buy them so easily. Few weeks ago, broke my usual pair and my hubby tried to repair it but it did not turn out so well. With a little more nudge from him, finally bought my Dylan! Truly happy with my decision ❤️ It looks as good as the photos. Superb quality as well. I see this lasting me years. It's a little big for me but nothing a sole insert can't fix.

Thank you for accepting my request to have it delivered earlier. I love how it looks! Although I am a size 5, I bought a size 6 so I could insert my own insoles. However, when I tried using them, they brushed against my Achilles heel.
