Not worth 2k for a pair of shoes with this quality

This is my most disappointing purchase ever I made. I really thought I invested for the right pair of shoes because as per advertisements they looked really promising. The shoes have inconsistent stitching that you won’t believe that it’s the quality of a 2k worth of shoes. The pair I got have damages and shop won’t allow for a return and refund. I can’t even get my self to wear them ‘cause I just can’t believe I wasted my money for this kind of product. Won’t recommend this to anyone trying to look for a pair hoping it would last, this is definitely that shop you are looking for. Better get those 350-650 range of shoes in the market, they are of much better quality than these shoes they sell.

Minor variations or asymmetry in stitching and finishing may occur with handmade footwear, but these do not automatically indicate poor quality or compromised durability. Our construction methods, including stitching along the soles and reinforced bonding, are designed with durability in mind.

We also offer complimentary repairs for qualifying issues within 3 years of purchase, subject to our repair policy, because we believe in the quality and longevity of our footwear.
