I finally got a chance to wear these boots in Sapa, Vietnam. It was so light that I could easily bring it in my luggage without worrying about the additional weight. Since it was so lightweight, it was also so comfortable to wear, unlike other boots in a similar style. At first I was hesitant that I wouldn’t need to break it in, but I wore it for the first time during my trip, hiked up several slippery steps up and down a mountain, and didn’t experience any pain or discomfort at all! I wore lined tights and long socks under my boots and it was enough to protect my skin from any friction or chafing. I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience with these boots and would definitely recommend these! PS: do get a slightly bigger size to leave room for thicker socks.

Grabe! I've been eyeing to buy from Rob and Mara since 2020 pa! But because I know na hindi ko lang din magagamit palagi (because of COVID), I decided to wait. And thank heavens I waited because I got my 1st boots on sale and I used it for the 1st time during one of my favorite things to do--hosting! TOTOO ANG BALITA! Hindi na kailangan i break-in! I was standing, walking and dancing for about 5 hours and OMG no pain at all! Super happy with my 1st purchase and yes, this will definitely not be the last. Galing ng gawang Pilipino! More power to you Rob and Mara team!
These boots are more comfortable than H&M or Zara boots and definitely more affordable. I just wish you have half sizes. My feet size is 24 cm and ordered size 9, but even if I wear socks, it's a little bit too spacious which makes it quite uneasy for walking. Maybe you can give cork or something similar so we can adjust accordingly.

I've been eyeing this item for quite some time now. I think the incoming rainy season is a good time to purchase one so I finally did. It's true that no break in is needed, I'm glad that I didn't get any blisters with this product. Although the toe allowance has some tightness feeling to it - I'm a size 7.5 so I got a size 8. But this will probably adjust more as I wear it. Thank you Rob & Mara!
