Been wanting to purchase from Rob & Mara, but I patiently waited for a sale. I purchased Seri belt in black and Golda belt in walnut on sale (buy 1 get 1). It did not take long for them to be shipped out. I also received them within the ETA. Both belts looked good - the classic kind that I really wanted. However, I got disappointed after using the black belt only once. Its buckle was damaged. At first, I was hesitant to inform the shop about the damaged product because I did not think they would really mind reading the email especially from a customer who already received their product. But I was very wrong! They have exceptional after-sales customer service! They responded to the email I sent with all sincerity as they replaced the damaged item with no additional cost on my end. I regularly use my new belt these days. No question to the quality. It is durable. I am hoping for this one to last.
Because of the integrity that Rob & Mara exhibited (quite rare these days!), I will surely be a repeat-customer!
