I just wanted to quickly acknowledge their customer service because I needed to have my shoes replaced 🙏🏼 they didn’t even take 3 whole business days because they moved quickly.
I’ve gotten so many compliments for my shoes~ the burgundy is so unique. My advice is absolutely listen to their team as you describe your foot size. Whatever they recommend is correct 👌 it will take some time to break in the shoes, but honestly the initial toughness of the leather doesn’t bother me~ I use comfortable long socks nalang. I guess take this with a grain of salt because some customers have said the shoes hurt to use in the beginning 😅 but they will loosen anyway! Don’t trick yourself into thinking you need to size up, just listen to the Rob & Mara team~
