Received the item after 4 working days. Would have appreciated a heads-up from courier that package was getting delivered as sometimes our guards do not inform us we have packages. However, actual packaging was excellent. I liked the big tote bag and the recycled box. First surprise was that the sandals were received collapsed (I assume to save space). The leather was also softer than expected. It was easy to inadvertently damage near the clasp. One sandal actually had beginning fraying in this area and I worry it won't last long in that area if used frequently. Soles were light but thickness was good and feels durable enough for price. Insoles were less soft than I expected but not far from typical sandals in this price range. There is no arch support as seen in the photos. Online photos are accurate.

As for the fraying near the clasp, please be assured that this is a natural characteristic of genuine leather and won't affect the durability or performance of the sandals. Genuine leather may show minor texture variations, but it actually gets softer and better with use.
