I was initially hesitant to purchase these boots after reading a bad review, but I made a last-minute decision—literally a day before my flight! I received them just four hours before departure, and I’m so glad I took the risk.
The boots are lightweight, making it easy to walk thousands of steps a day. Contrary to the negative review, they did not fail me. The grip on snow was excellent, and I had zero slip moments. Plus, they’re stylish and chic, which is a big plus.
My only issue is that they’re a bit hard to wear, and I probably should have gone for the Zion in White Mono—unfortunately, my size wasn’t available. I also got blisters, likely because I went one size up, but this can be fixed by wearing thermal / thick socks.
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and relieved that I wasn’t influenced by the bad review. These boots delivered exactly what I needed!
Received my orders without issue and they are both gorgeous. Craftsmanship is top-notch, smells like good leather and if was so light. Will use it this February on a winter trip but i look forward to using it soon.
Also, customer service is superb. They allowed me to change my order two days after i first purchased the boots when i was informed that Heron in wine is finally available after months. Love this experience, highly recommended your store to my friends and family
My first purchase from Rob & Mara, appreciate their being very responsive and accommodating. My boots came within the expected timeframe, and its make/material are excellent — although there were very few yellowish marks on the edges, but these can be not remarkable; and the strings do appear too long. Was able to use this pair on my autumn travel to South Korea just this mid-Oct. There were few discomforts in the first 1-2 days of wear even with thick socks, but can be tolerable and I hope it will fade and disappear after ample breaking in. Still, overall I am glad to have worn Heron boots on our SoKor trip’s long, uphill/downhill walks — I especially appreciate its grip when we’re treading on elevated slopes. I foresee that with proper care, this pair will really go a long way due to its durability. Hope to explore and purchase other boots and heeled footwear from your store. Thank you!
The white Heron boots I purchased for my wife is cool! They fit well, and look great but the right boot is a little squeaky. Also, may I just suggest to use shorter shoe laces? Thanks a lot for the quick and easy order and delivery. I appreciate it.

It looks gorgeous 🥰 I've used it a couple times and it's comfortable to use even for walking long distances. The customer service was great! They were able to reply to my request promptly. This was my 1st purchase from the store and definitely won't be my last ☺️
