We responded to your email within an hour of receiving it and asked follow-up questions to assist you in finding the right size. Upon checking, this email exchange was made on November 14. However, we only received a response from you 7 days later (November 21). As stated in our policies, we have a 7-day exchange window upon arrival of the product, and this timeframe ensures we can process exchanges smoothly for all customers. After receiving your response only after 7 full days, we immediately provided you with detailed return instructions and extended the return timeframe by an additional 2 days beyond our standard 7-day policy to accommodate you further. Unfortunately, we did not receive any updates regarding the return of the shoes within this extended period.
Additionally, we follow standard Euro/local sizing for our shoes (35-40). Based on your measurement of 24 cm, the size offered for exchange (size 8) was the correct equivalent.
