If I could give a zero rating, I absolutely would. I placed my order on December 14th, intending to give it as a gift on the 20th. Not only did it not arrive on time, but it’s now been 13 days, and I still haven’t received it—even with Christmas behind us and the New Year approaching.
To make matters worse, I’ve emailed Rob and Mara multiple times, and they’ve completely ignored my messages. What’s the point of good quality shoes if I don’t even have them? This level of service is unacceptable, and I regret trusting this company. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

This shop produces excellent quality shoes. I already have mocassins bought years ago and still serves it purpose. I love the color and design of the primrose and can easily be matched with any outfit.
The color looks perfect on my feet (and so easy to pair with any bag, too). The make is excellent, fit is perfect for my a-bit-wide feet (can you believe!), the leather is of high quality, and the ribbon design is not too overpowering for the over all style. Will surely buy again!!!!
