The strap doesn't wrap around the ankle properly and it looks like bacon strip. The leather is quite thin as well, I feel like it will rip eventually especially that the sole is a little heavy (not like Crocs) which should have been ok if the straps felt more solid.

We'd like to clarify however, that the leather will never rip as it's made of 100% genuine cowhide leather so despite its width, it is very durable and will last a very long time. Please also note that the soles are made of lightweight EVA rubber to provide maximum comfort, slip-resistance, and durability. We're sorry to hear this is not what you expected.
