Rob & Mara Size Guide

Our shoes follow standard women’s Euro / local sizing (35–41) — the same sizing used by most local retail shoe stores for women’s casual footwear.

  • Rob & Mara shoes generally fit true to size.
  • Our sizing guide is divided into three categories: All, Boots, and Moccasins.

Sizing Categories

1. All (except Boots and Moccasins)

Follow your usual local size (35–41).

Example: If you normally wear size 37 in flats or sandals, choose size 7 in this category.

2. Boots

Our high-cut boots (Blake, Heron, Zion, Zephyr) should be ordered one size bigger than your usual local size to allow room for socks and movement.

Example: If you wear size 37 in flats, choose size 8. If you have wide feet, we recommend going two sizes bigger.

3. Moccasins, Loafers & Ballet Flats

This category includes half sizes for a more precise fit.

If you normally wear size 37, your moccasin size may be 6.5 or 7 depending on your exact foot length. We highly recommend measuring your feet using the guide below.

Important Fit Notes

  • Genuine leather stretches slightly over time. Order your true size unless sizing up is recommended.
  • Compare your size only to your usual size in women’s flats or sandals.
  • Do NOT compare to sneakers or rubber shoes — these are typically one size bigger.
  • We follow local Euro sizing (35–41), the same system used by most mall shoe stores.

How to Measure Your Foot

  1. Trace your foot on paper using a thin pen. Keep the pen slanted inward while tracing (very important).
  2. Measure your foot length from longest toe to heel in centimeters (cm). Do NOT add allowance.
  3. Match your measurement to the Rob & Mara size chart. The chart already includes the needed allowance.
  4. Your foot length in cm is NOT the same as Japan cm sizing. Japan sizing refers to the shoe insole length, which is usually about 1 cm longer than your foot.
  5. If your measurement doesn’t match your usual local size, please measure again carefully.

Width Notes

The measuring method works best for regular-width feet.

  • If you have very slim or wide feet, we recommend following your usual local size or sizing up.
  • If unsure, message us — we’re happy to help you choose the best size.
