It's a good thing that I trusted my instinct to trust this brand. I ordered 2 kinds in my first order hoping that both shoes are within my expectations. And it did! Shoes are very well made. I love how there is like a soft fabric cushion on the inside of the shoes to make it comfortable to wear. Will surely buy more!

Hello. I super love my pair and can't complain about the quality and its design. However, you guys did not inform me that it will be delivered via Grab Express. You also pinned the wrong location which is a bit far from my address. I felt the delivery rider was annoyed and he thought it was me who did it. Though it's also a good thing that you're providing jobs to delivery riders, I think it would be better if you'd also be in Shopee or Lazada so customers can at least pre-order when out of stock and at least track shipping. If not, then at least send a text notifying that delivery will be made within the day. Thanks.

As the title says, I did wait a long time to get a pair of Margaux in Two-Tone Ivory, as there's usually no stock for my size whenever I try to buy it. There's a lot more detail in how I got my Margauxs but I'd take this chance to commend Rob&Mara for ensuring a customer experience that's well-thought-out.
As for the shoes -- I'd have to say that any Rob&Mara pair will always be home for my feet. I specifically love the versatility of the Margaux in Two-Tone Ivory. Perfect with both work trousers and jeans. +1000 points because it doesn't hurt my feet, and I walk a lotttt since I commute.
I can see why these shoes are almost always out of stock. They are so cute and comfy, and you can wear them anywhere for many hours.
